Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support and Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction through exemplary support services while also driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Support:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing their queries and providing assistance with account-related matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
• Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed about market updates, investment opportunities, and relevant news.
• Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and account management processes.
• Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

1. Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments, and develop strategies to target them effectively.
• Actively prospect and engage with potential clients through various channels such as networking events, seminars, and online platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to raise awareness of our services and generate leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client support, business development, or sales roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of the stock market, investment products, and trading platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and prospects.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Relevant certifications/licenses (e.g., NISM certification) will be an advantage.
