Job Description
Responsibilities: - Reply to international buyer inquiries by email, WhatsApp and phone - Send catalogues, price quotations and product details to buyers - Follow up on samples, orders and payments - Coordinate with production and shipping teams and share order updates with buyers - Handle buyer complaints and repeat orders - Find new buyers through B2B portals, LinkedIn, email and calls - Maintain buyer records and send a daily work report Requirements: - Excellent English speaking, reading and email writing (must) - 1+ year experience in international BPO, international customer support or export - International sales or lead generation experience preferred - Own laptop, good internet connection and a quiet place to work (for work from home) Monday to Saturday Salary: Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 per month + incentives When applying, please send a 1-minute English voice note introducing yourself.
