Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Work Environment: Factory / Manufacturing Unit

Position OverviewWe are looking for a Telecaller to work from our manufacturing unit/factory environment and handle regular communication with customers. The role will primarily involve customer feedback, payment follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and maintaining good customer communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake calls to customers for feedback on products and services.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and payment status.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and sales teams regarding customer orders.
• Communicate dispatch updates and expected delivery details to customers.
• Follow up with customers after dispatch/delivery to ensure smooth coordination.
• Handle customer queries through calls and provide timely information.
• Maintain proper records of customer calls, feedback, payment follow-ups, and dispatch status.
• Escalate customer issues or concerns to the concerned department.
• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–2 years in Telecalling / Customer Follow-up / Coordination preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making regular customer calls and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer operations.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Candidates who are comfortable working in a factory/manufacturing environment are preferred.

Work Environment This is a factory-based role. The candidate will work closely with the manufacturing, dispatch, sales, and customer coordination teams in a professional manufacturing-unit atmosphere.
