Job Description
Job Title: Health Insurance (Incentive Only)
Job Type: Freelance / Commission-Based
Salary: No fixed salary. Attractive incentives on every policy sold. Higher sales = Higher earnings. Commission-only compensation is a common structure in insurance sales roles.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
Explain health insurance plans to customers.
Help customers choose the right policy.
Complete documentation and close sales.
Follow up with prospects until policy issuance.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
