Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for inquiries, follow-ups, service updates, and feedback collection.
  • Convert customer inquiries and leads into confirmed orders and sales.
  • Explain company services, pricing, offers, and packages to potential customers.
  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and escalations with patience and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with delivery executives and store teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending pickups, deliveries, and payments.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer information and order details accurately in the system.
  • Work closely with operations and processing teams for smooth service execution.
  • Achieve monthly sales conversion and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to generate additional business from existing customers.
