Job Description
Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their requirements, and assisting them in selecting suitable apparel and accessories.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product knowledge, suggestive selling, cross-selling, and upselling while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Maintain visual merchandising standards by replenishing stock, arranging merchandise, ensuring proper price tagging, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized.
Support store operations by handling billing, processing customer transactions, managing trial rooms, participating in stock counts, and adhering to company SOPs and loss prevention guidelines.
