Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 3–4 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, and Excel-based reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel, basic accounts knowledge, and the ability to generate accurate reports to support business operations and management decision-making.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain and update sales, inventory, expenses, and operational data.
• Analyze business data and provide meaningful reports and insights.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards and automated reports.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, HR, and Operations teams to collect and consolidate data.
• Prepare reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, INDEX-MATCH, and other advanced Excel functions.
• Generate performance reports and support management with data analysis.
• Maintain records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Assist the Accounts team with invoice tracking, expense reconciliation, and financial MIS whenever required.
• Identify process improvements and help automate manual reporting.
• Required Skills3–4 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with:

• VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
• IF, Nested IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF
• INDEX & MATCH
• Data Validation
• Conditional Formatting
• Charts & Dashboards
• Data Cleaning and Analysis
• Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, including invoices, ledgers, expenses, GST basics, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), BBA, BBM, BCA, or any equivalent degree.
• Certification in Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileMale candidate.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience in preparing MIS reports for sales, finance, or operations teams is preferred.
