Channel Partner Manager

Job Summary:The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, developing, and managing channel partners to drive business growth. The role focuses on building strong partner relationships, increasing partner productivity, and ensuring excellent customer service through the partner network.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the business network.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
• Drive through channel partners and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and reviews with partners.
• Provide product knowledge,support, and process guidance to channel partners.
• Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Assist partners in lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation requirements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Resolve partner queries and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
• Plan and execute partner engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and promotional activities.
