Team Leader – Telecaller (or Telecalling Team Leader) is a role that supervises a team of telecallers while also ensuring sales or customer service targets are achieved.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Managing and motivating a team of telecallers.
- Monitoring daily calling activities and performance.
- Training new team members and providing coaching.
- Ensuring sales, lead generation, or customer support targets are met.
- Preparing reports and sharing performance updates with management.
- Handling escalated customer issues when needed.
