Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
  • Inspect vehicles and accurately document customer complaints.
  • Prepare job cards and explain the scope of work, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Keep customers informed about service progress and obtain approval for additional repairs when required.
  • Deliver vehicles after explaining the work performed and the invoice details.
  • Promote preventive maintenance, accessories, and value-added services.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Maintain accurate service records and customer data.
