Job Description
About the Role:
We're a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses scale online. We're looking for a confident, energetic Telesales Executive to connect with potential clients, explain our services, and book qualified meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and introduce our digital marketing services
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions (Social Media, Automation, Websites, SEO)
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Book appointments/demos for the business development team
- Maintain call records and update CRM daily
- Achieve monthly call and lead-conversion targets
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi + basic English communication
- Confident phone voice and good convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Prior tele-calling / sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
