Job Description

JD for Storage Admin

Location: Guwahati

NP: 0 to 30 days only can apply

Responsibilities:

·      Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills on HPE/Scality/Brocade

and S3/NAS products.

·      Knowledge on Replication technology/DR.

·      Good Understanding Operating systems and Networking.

·      Good understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Storage Area

·      Networks, Brocade zoning and Storage Masking.

·      Should be able to handle critical Incidents and able to perform root cause analysis.

·      Should have experience in handling User service request and alert management.

·      Experience in Unix/Linux/VMware.

·      Experience in NAS/S3 Solutions.

·      Experience on Virtualization.

·      Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.

·      ITIL Awareness.

Skills

·      Any SAN/NAS storage certification.

·      Experience in Unix/Linux.

·      Exposure on Virtualization.

·      Prior experience in banking domain with exposure to compliance requirement for

·      various standards like PCI - DSS.

Soft Skills

·      Must have good troubleshooting skills.

·      Must be ready to learn new technologies and acquire new skills.

·      Must be a Team Player.

·      Should be good in Verbal and Written Communication.
