Job Description
Manage daily operations of franchise outlets.
Coordinate with franchise partners to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Monitor outlet performance and prepare operational reports.
Conduct regular franchise visits and audits.
Train and guide franchise staff on operational processes.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams for smooth execution.
Track inventory, customer feedback, and operational KPIs.
Assist in launching new franchise outlets and onboarding franchise partners
