About the Role

We're looking for a WordPress Developer to own and maintain mojopanda.com — our export-facing website for organic Himalayan wool products (Bio Himalana, WoolCharm, The Healing Home). This role blends hands-on WordPress development with performance tracking and reporting, ensuring the site supports our B2B and D2C growth across US, UK, EU, and other export markets.

Key Responsibilities

●       Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the WordPress website (theme customization, plugins, page builders — Elementor/WPBakery or similar)

●       Implement and manage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking (form fills, inquiries, product page engagement)

●       Build and maintain monthly/weekly performance reports (traffic, bounce rate, top landing pages, geo-wise visitor breakdown, keyword rankings)

●       Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness

●       Coordinate with design/content team to update product pages, certifications (GOTS, RWS, OEKO-TEX), and brand storytelling sections

●       Basic on-page SEO implementation (meta tags, schema markup, sitemap management)

●       Manage website security, backups, and plugin/theme updates

●       Fix bugs, broken links, and cross-browser/device issues

●       Liaise with hosting provider and any external development agency as needed

Required Skills & Experience

●       2–3 years of hands-on experience managing/developing WordPress websites

●       Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP/JavaScript for custom fixes

●       Proven experience with GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager (please share sample dashboards/reports if available)

●       Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and keyword tracking tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar — even basic exposure)

●       Experience with page builders (Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery)

●       Understanding of website performance metrics and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations

●       Basic image/video optimization for web

Good to Have

●       Experience with export/B2B or D2C e-commerce websites

●       Exposure to WooCommerce

●       Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) for quick web asset edits

●       Understanding of international audience UX (multi-currency, multi-region considerations)

Compensation

₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (CTC), based on experience and demonstrated analytics/reporting capability. Candidates should be prepared to share sample GA4 dashboards or past performance reports during the interview process.
