Job Description
Prepare and cook wok-based dishes (noodles, rice, stir-fries, sauces)
Prepare dim sum items (dumplings, baos, spring rolls, etc.)
Maintain taste consistency and quality of food
Ensure proper food presentation and portion control
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Handle mise en place and kitchen prep activities
Monitor stock and assist in inventory control
Minimize wastage and follow standard recipes
Work efficiently during peak hours/service time
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
