Job Description
Quality & Training Supervisor – Hospitality
Experience: 2+ Years
Industry: Hospitality / QSR / Cloud Kitchen / Restaurant
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained across all outlets.
- Conduct internal audits as per FSSAI, HACCP, and company SOPs to ensure compliance.
- Identify gaps during audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Plan and deliver training sessions for Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams on food safety, hygiene, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage monthly training calendars and maintain training records.
- Evaluate employee training effectiveness through assessments and on-floor observations.
- Maintain audit reports, compliance documents, training records, and SOP documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of recipes, portion control, and food quality standards.
- Coordinate with Operations and Kitchen teams to improve quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor outlet compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives across locations.
