Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-dayg backend tasks to meet target turnaround times (TAT).
Data & MIS Reporting: Verify complex data, maintain databases, and generate accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports for leadership.
Quality Control: Audit records, invoices, or documentation to catch errors and enforce compliance guideline.
Team Coordination: Act as the point of contact for junior staff and liaise seamlessly with front office or sales teams.
Dispute & Issue Resolution: Handle advanced operational bottlenecks, billing disputes, or vendor reconciliations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 6 to 8 years of proven experience in a back-office, operations role.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Expert level in MS Excel, including formulas).
Attention to Detail: High accuracy level with numbers, records, and text processing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
