Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive property sales. The candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills with a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

· Develop effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase revenue.

· Handle client inquiries and provide property consultation.

· Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

· Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.

· Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and closing ratios.

· Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

· Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and follow-ups.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/MBA degree preferred.

· Minimum 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales.

· Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
