CARin30 (Cars Alley Private Limited) is a DigiELV & MoRTH (Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India) registered online platform operating under India's Vehicle Scrappage Policy.
We help vehicle owners responsibly dispose of their End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs) through government-authorized Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facilities (RVSFs), providing:

Position
Customer Sales Representative / Telecaller – Scrap Vehicle Team
What You'll Do
• Handle company-generated customer leads (No cold calling) ,• Call customers and explain the vehicle scrapping process • Communicate through Calls & WhatsApp • Negotiate pricing with customers and authorized scrap dealers • Convert leads into successful transactions
• Resolve customer queries professionally • Coordinate with documentation and operations teams • Maintain CRM and lead records • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Automobile Sales, Used Car Industry, Vehicle Procurement, Cars24/Spinny/OLX Autos, Finance & Recovery, Fleet Disposal or Scrap Vehicle Procurement.
Preferred Skills
• Excellent Hindi communication skills • Working knowledge of English • Strong negotiation & persuasion skills • Customer handling ability • Basic Excel & CRM knowledge • WhatsApp communication• Knowledge of RC Transfer, RTO documentation, Vehicle Scrappage Policy, RVSF operations and Certificate of Deposit (CoD) is an advantage.
