Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented CRT & Renewal Executive with hands-on experience in Term Insurance or Life Insurance to manage backend policy processes, customer servicing, policy renewals, and retention activities. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of insurance operations, renewal follow-ups, customer coordination, documentation, and policy status tracking.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely processing, smooth customer support, effective renewal management, and improved policy persistency while meeting daily productivity and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Operations : Manage insurance-related backend activities, track policy applications, update case status, and ensure timely processing.
• Policy Processing & Documentation : Verify customer details, KYC documents, application forms, and required policy documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Policy Renewal Management : Follow up with existing customers regarding upcoming premium due dates and ensure timely policy renewals.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Handle customer queries related to policy status, premium payments, documentation, renewals, and policy servicing.
• Lapse Prevention & Retention : Identify pending and at-risk policies, conduct timely follow-ups, and support policy revival and retention.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Coordinate with sales, operations, underwriting, and customer support teams to resolve pending cases and customer issues.
• MIS & Reporting : Maintain accurate CRM records, renewal trackers, pending-case reports, and daily productivity updates.
• Target & TAT Achievement : Meet assigned daily and monthly targets for case processing, customer follow-ups, renewal conversion, and pending-case resolution.
• Process Compliance : Follow company SOPs, documentation standards, data confidentiality requirements, and insurance process guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Term Insurance or Life Insurance.
• Prior experience in insurance backend operations, customer relationship management, policy servicing, renewals, or retention.
• Basic understanding of insurance policies, premium payments, policy issuance, and renewal procedures.
• Good communication, customer-handling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, maintain accurate records, and meet TAT and productivity targets.
• Working knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, Google Sheets, or insurance portals will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Term Insurance Operations, Life Insurance Backend, Policy Renewal, Insurance Customer Support, CRT Operations, Policy Servicing, or Customer Retention are preferred.
