Job Description

  • Execute equity delivery, intraday, and Futures & Options (F&O) trades as per client instructions and applicable regulations.
  • Monitor live market movements, stock prices, indices, and trading opportunities.
  • Assist clients with trading terminal operations, order placement, margin requirements, and settlement-related queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing timely service and regular follow-ups.
  • Understand clients’ financial goals, investment objectives, risk appetite, investment horizon, and liquidity requirements.
  • Identify business opportunities within the existing client base through regular interactions and portfolio reviews.
  • Generate qualified leads and referrals from existing clients.
  • Identify client requirements for additional financial products and services, including mutual funds, SIPs, PMS, bonds, insurance, and other wealth management solutions, where appropriately authorised.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell suitable products based on clients’ needs, risk profiles, and financial objectives.
  • Build long-term client relationships to improve client retention, assets under management, and overall business growth.
