Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Health Insurance Sales Executives to achieve monthly business targets.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance in line with company objectives.
- Monitor team productivity, call performance, conversion ratios, and individual sales targets.
- Provide regular coaching, product training, and sales guidance to team members.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maximize lead conversion.
- Monitor lead utilization and ensure effective management of fresh and existing leads.
- Track team performance through daily MIS reports and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure all sales are conducted in compliance with company policies and insurance industry guidelines.
- Coordinate with operations, quality, and other internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve overall business productivity.
- Focus on team retention, employee engagement, and maintaining a productive sales environment.
