Project Manager Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing aluminium door and window installation projects across multiple project locations. The role ensures timely execution, quality installation, client satisfaction, and effective coordination between the project team, factory, procurement, logistics, and accounts department to achieve project objectives within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management
• Manage multiple aluminum door and window installation projects at different locations.
• Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation quality and progress.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.

Site Coordination

• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, installation teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure site readiness before material dispatch and installation.
• Resolve technical and installation-related issues in coordination with the engineering team.
• Monitor installation productivity and resource utilization.
• Client & Project Team Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, and main contractors.
• Attend project meetings and submit progress reports.
• Ensure timely approval of drawings, materials, mock-ups, and inspections.
• Coordination with Accounts Department
• Coordinate with the accounts team for project billing and invoicing.
• Verify subcontractor and vendor bills before processing.
• Track customer payments and outstanding receivables.
• Monitor project costs and ensure expenditure remains within the approved budget.
• Support project profitability through effective cost control.
• Material & Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials to project sites.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement company SOPs and safety procedures at all project sites.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Maintain project documentation, site records, inspection reports, and handover documents.
• Prepare project completion reports and coordinate final handover to the client.
