Picker / Packer

Key Responsibilities:-

• Order Fulfillment:
• Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on customer order lists. 
• Product Inspection:
• Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects before packing. 
• Packing:
• Securely pack items into appropriate boxes, containers, or other packaging to prevent damage during transit. 
• Labeling:
• Affix correct shipping labels, addresses, and other necessary information to packages. 
• Inventory Management:
• Help maintain organized stock rotation, restock shelves, and report any inventory discrepancies. 

Key Skills:-

• Attention to Detail:
• A crucial skill for ensuring the correct items and quantities are picked and packed for every order. 
• Physical Stamina:
• The ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods is necessary due to the physical nature of the job. 
• Organization:
• Strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining an orderly warehouse and efficient workflow. 
• Time Management:
• The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet shipping deadlines is important. 
• Teamwork & Communication:
• Good communication and teamwork skills are valuable for collaborating with other warehouse staff. 
• Basic Education:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 
• Reading Comprehension:
