Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office.
  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Handle and distribute documents, files, and office correspondence.
  • Photocopy, scan, print, and organize documents when required.
  • Assist with office supplies and maintain adequate stock.
  • Deliver and collect documents or parcels from nearby locations.
  • Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
  • Assist in arranging meetings and keeping meeting areas ready.
  • Perform other general office duties as assigned by the supervisor.
