Job Description
Artisanal Bakery Foods – Hiring Indian Curry Chef Position: Indian Curry Chef (North Indian)
Location: Gurugram
Salary: (Based on experience)
- Job Responsibilities:Prepare authentic North Indian curries and gravy dishes.
- Expert in preparing dishes such as Butter Chicken, Kadhai Chicken, Chicken Curry, Mutton Curry, Dal Makhani, Dal Tadka, Shahi Paneer, Kadai Paneer, Paneer Butter Masala, Malai Kofta, Chole, Rajma, Palak Paneer, Mix Veg, Jeera Aloo, Veg Kofta, and other Indian curry dishes.
- Basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including Veg Fried Rice, Egg Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice, Hakka Noodles, Chow Mein, Chilli Paneer, Chilli Chicken, Manchurian (Veg/Chicken), Schezwan Rice, and Schezwan Noodles.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
- Manage mise en place and kitchen preparation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth kitchen operations.
- Requirements:Minimum Commi 1 level or above (CDP candidates are also welcome to apply).
- 3–6+ years of experience in a North Indian kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Indian gravies, curries, and traditional cooking techniques.
- Basic Chinese cooking skills will be an added advantage.
- Tandoor experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
