Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior projects at site. The person will coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other vendors to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily interior execution at project sites.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs and specifications.

Coordinate with architects/designers, contractors, vendors and site teams.

Manage and supervise carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, polishing and other interior works.

Check quality, measurements, materials and workmanship at every stage.

Ensure materials are delivered to site as per requirement and are properly stored.

Monitor manpower and contractor productivity at site.

Identify site issues and coordinate with the design/project team for timely resolution.

Maintain daily progress reports and track work against the project schedule.

Ensure proper sequencing of activities to avoid delays and rework.

Take site measurements and verify quantities wherever required.

Monitor wastage of materials and ensure efficient utilisation.

Coordinate snag identification and closure before handover.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the site.

Support project handover and ensure all finishing works are completed to the required standard.
