Job Description
Hiring for Manager HR Payroll & Compliance
Location: Gurgaon (HO) | Experience : 6-8 Years | Function: HR Operations
Role Purpose: Own E2E PAN-India payroll & statutory compliance with zero-defect payouts & audit-ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll: Monthly payroll processing, attendance/leave reconciliation, payroll master, F&F, gratuity, reimbursements & flexi-benefits.
Compliance: EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Shops & Establishments, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Maternity, POSH & new Labour Codes implementation.
Audit & MIS: Statutory/internal/tax audit handling, compliance calendar, payroll cost MIS, headcount analytics & HRMS automation (ZingHR).
Required:
- CA Inter / MBA /M Com / B Com / BBA
- 6-8 Years in multi-state payroll & compliance
- Education/Retail/Services background preferred
- Skills: Labor laws, Zing HR, Advanced Excel, liaison with authorities.
