Positions: Field Sales Executive


Role description:


  • Handle company-provided leads
  • Schedule and conduct client visits
  • Recommend and sell insurance products
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain follow-ups, reports, and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with backend teams for policy processing


Work Structure & Benefits:


  • Mix of office coordination & field visits
  • Day shift with weekly offs
  • Regular leads + training support provided
  • Average monthly incentives up to 50K - 1Lac(performance-based)
  • 150 -250 travel allowance per client visit
  • Health insurance coverage up to 2,00,000
