Personal Loan Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Prospect for new clients, map catchment areas, and convert leads into customers.
• Needs Assessment: Understand customer financial situations, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity.
• Product Offering: Recommend appropriate personal loan products and explain terms, conditions, and benefits.
• Application Management: Collect documents, verify information, process applications, and coordinate with underwriting for approvals.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service, keep clients updated on status, and build long-term relationships for referrals.
• Sales Targets: Meet individual and team sales targets and drive profitable growth.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate records, ensure adherence to regulations, and handle confidential information. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Sales Acumen: Proven sales ability, negotiation skills, and a drive to meet targets.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of loan products, credit, and financial analysis.
• Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in processing documentation and maintaining records.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and CRM tools.
• Education: Often requires a high school diploma; a degree in finance or business is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, banking, or lending is beneficial.
