Field Sales Executive

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Park+ Car Spa services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in the field, including weekend event coverage.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute daily field visits to generate leads within the assigned territory
• Proactively reach out to potential clients through on-ground engagement, cold calling, and networking
• Pitch Park+ Car Spa products and services effectively to prospective customers
• Convert generated leads into confirmed sales
• Attend Park+ events/activations on weekends to engage with walk-in customers and drive on-spot conversions
• Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients to close sales
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and update daily activity/sales reports
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales (automobile, FMCG, services, or related industry preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and direct client interaction
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city and work on weekends (for events)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Basic knowledge of smartphone apps/CRM tools for reporting
• Preferred SkillsPrior experience in automobile services, car care, or subscription-based sales
• Ability to handle objections and close deals independently
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if applicable for travel)
