🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat & Email support.

✔ Make outbound calls for customer engagement, follow-ups, sales, and service updates (as per process).

✔ Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, refunds, travel plans, order support, appointments, and product/service information.

✔ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

✔ Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality standards.

✔ Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ensure timely issue resolution.

✔ Achieve individual productivity and performance targets.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

✔ Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

✔ Graduates & Undergraduates are eligible (Process Dependent).

✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

✔ Versant Level 5+ preferred/mandatory for selected processes.

✔ Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

✔ Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

✔ Comfortable working rotational shifts and a 6-day work week.
