Kaam kya hoga:
Customer queries handle karna — email, WhatsApp aur Instagram pe. Order tracking, returns, replacements aur product queries ka jawab dena. Customers ke saath polite aur helpful tone mein baat karna. Basic data entry aur follow-ups karna.
Chahiye:
Good written communication in Hindi and English. Smartphone aur laptop chalana aata ho. Pehle customer support ya back office mein kaam kiya ho toh better. Friendly aur patient nature.
