Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our software solutions.
- Customer Onboarding & Training: Conduct onboarding sessions and provide product training to help customers successfully implement and use the platform.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams to enhance platform features and user experience.
- Proactive Customer Success: Regularly monitor customer health, platform usage, and account performance. Identify potential issues early and provide proactive recommendations to improve adoption and retention.
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate with Technical Support and Operations teams to resolve customer queries, integration issues, and platform-related concerns within agreed timelines.
- Success Planning: Develop customized success plans based on each client's business objectives, helping them optimize their e-commerce operations through our software.
