Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCreate CNC programs independently for various machining operations.
- Develop programs for tool room jobs, prototypes, fixtures, dies, jigs, and production components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and component specifications.
- Select suitable cutting tools, machining parameters, and work-holding methods.
- Set up and optimize CNC machines to achieve required quality and productivity.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and modify programs when required.
- Ensure components are manufactured within specified tolerances.
- Monitor machine performance and suggest process improvements.
