Job Description

Chef (Chinese Cook)Responsible for preparing and cooking Chinese and café menu items while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene. Ensures timely food preparation, proper kitchen sanitation, stock management, and adherence to food safety standards. Must be able to work efficiently during peak hours and maintain consistency in every dish served.


Kitchen Helper Assists the chef in food preparation, washing and cutting vegetables, cleaning utensils and kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, storing ingredients properly, and supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Responsible for following hygiene and safety standards and assisting in keeping the kitchen organized at all times.
