Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales
About Apna:
Apna is India’s leading platform for SMB hiring, helping businesses hire the right talent. Our FOS team has driven rapid growth and established Apna as a market leader.
Role:
We are looking for a target-driven BDE to acquire SMB customers through field sales, cold calling, customer meetings, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend daily team stand-ups and achieve assigned targets.
- Conduct daily meetings with HRs and business decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling and field visits.
- Pitch Apna’s hiring solutions and handle objections.
- Close deals and achieve monthly targets.
- Update all meetings and activities in CRM in real time.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups.
Key Skills: Communication, negotiation, sales, relationship building, and target orientation.
