Job Description
Position: Account Executive
Department: Accounts
Responsibilities
- Handle all client and customer calls professionally.
- Coordinate regarding invoices, payments, orders, and account queries.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain sales/purchase invoices and accounting records.
- Handle basic accounting work in Tally & Excel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, and Management teams.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.
Skills Required
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of Tally & MS Excel.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
