Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful transactions.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales attitude, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls.
WhatsApp, references, and other channels.
Understand customers' property requirements, budget, and investment objectives.
Present suitable residential and commercial property options.
Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for prospective clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and investors.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
Stay updated about property inventory, pricing, payment plans, market trends, and new launches.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide professional after-sales support and maintain client relationships.
