Job Description

Responsible for

1. Assisting Hot and cold Chef

2. Baking breads, buns, rolls and other baked products

3. Dough preparation and handling

4. Mixing, kneading, proofing and shaping Dough

5 Cake, Pastry Preparation.

6 Basic knowledge of sauces, fillings, and toppings.

7. Proper storage and handling of bakery Ingredients.

8. Oven, fryer, griller and Planetary Mixture Operation.

9. Knife Handling
