Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete technical operations and maintenance of the high-rise society.
  • Strong technical knowledge of STP, WTP, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems, Lifts, Transformers, DG Sets, HT/LT Panels, Pumps, Plumbing and other MEP systems.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and timely resolution of technical breakdowns.
  • Manage and supervise technical manpower, vendors, and AMC contractors.
  • Ensure statutory, safety, fire, electrical and environmental compliance.
  • Maintain technical records, maintenance schedules, inspection reports and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients/RWA and handle technical complaints and emergencies.
  • Ensure smooth, safe and uninterrupted operation of all technical services.


  • Qualification & Skills:
  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of facility operations, statutory compliance, safety standards, team management and troubleshooting.
