A Webinar and Event Manager plans, coordinates, and executes online broadcasts, digital conferences, and virtual training sessions from start to finish.

Event Builder : Drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation through flawless digital experiences.

Key Focus: Managing webinar platforms, audio-visual (AV) tech, speakers, and live audience interaction.Key Responsibilities

Pre-Event Planning: Define event goals, create timelines, design registration pages, and set up the webinar software.

Speaker Coordination: Schedule and lead rehearsal runs, test microphones and webcams, and align presentation decks.

Marketing and Promotion: Drive attendance via email campaigns and social media.

Live Execution: Manage the virtual control room, run slide decks, launch polling questions, handle Q&A sessions, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Post-Event Analysis: Pull attendee data, analyze engagement reports, distribute survey feedback, and share recorded sessions. Handle web site updation.

Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of webinar and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, GoToWebinar, Webex). Knowledge of Canva, Claude/Chatgpt/Kimi/GLem

Project Management: Strong organization and multitasking abilities to manage multiple virtual sessions.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to guide nervous speakers and assist attendees.

Problem-Solving: Ability to stay calm under pressure and fix sudden audio or video failures in real time.
