Job Description
Own the sales pipeline end-to-end — prospect, pitch, negotiate, close — for the agency's consulting
services and Bharat Dialogues, our Think Tank arm.
What You'll Sell
• Agency retainers & strategic communication mandates
• Print advertising & editorial partnerships
• Event sponsorships & brand partnerships
• Brand collaborations & influencer mandates
• PR & media campaign projects
Who Fits
Someone who's sold — and sold well — from a PR agency, media house, marketing agency, event management company or
publishing background. You know how brand managers think. You've walked into rooms with a deck
and walked out with a mandate.
You Bring
• Track record in media sales, agency BD, sponsorship, or PR services sales
• Hunter mindset — comfortable building pipeline from scratch
• Strong negotiation skills, high follow-up discipline
• A warm network of brand, media & agency contacts in Delhi
• Excellent communication; English proficiency a plus
