Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and repair domestic RO water purifiers.
  • Attend customer visits and resolve complaints on time.
  • Perform filter, membrane, and spare part replacements.
  • Handle AMC services and renewals.
  • Promote AMC plans, spare parts, and new RO sales to customers.
  • Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of RO water purifier installation and repair.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel for local customer visits.


Everything will be trained in office not much need of prior knowledge of field.
