Hiring - Recruiter l Talent Acquisition specialist (Non-IT)


Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Gurgaon 


Key Skills: Non-IT Recruitment | Education Hiring | 


Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Non-IT recruitment - Sourcing to Joining

- Sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, References & Database

- Screening profiles as per JD and conducting initial interviews

- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with Hiring Managers

- Following up on interview feedback and shortlists

- Maintaining daily recruitment tracker, MIS & reports

- Building talent pipeline for current & future requirements
