Job Description
Key Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English; regional language is a plus)
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of financial/loan products
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
- Explain used car loan products, interest rates, and eligibility
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
