👨‍💼 Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Gold Loan Field Sales

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Gold Loan sales through field visits and customer acquisition.
  • Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Guide customers through the loan process and documentation.
  • Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in Gold Loans (Mandatory).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Local market knowledge of Ahmedabad will be an added advantage.
