About the RoleAlong Home Health Care is expanding its operations in Gandhinagar. As this is a new startup branch, we are looking for a proactive and responsible team member who can handle multiple operational responsibilities, support customers, coordinate caregivers, and assist with day-to-day branch operations. The ideal candidate should be flexible, willing to learn, and ready to work both from the office and in the field whenever required.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead ManagementHandle incoming leads and inquiries from phone, WhatsApp, and other sources.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into service bookings.
• Maintain lead records and update them regularly.
• Customer SupportCommunicate with patients and family members professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable home healthcare service solutions.
• Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the operations team.
• Caregiver / Nursing Staff Recruitment & CoordinationSearch and recruit caretakers and nursing staff as per service requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, document collection, and onboarding.
• Maintain staff availability records and communicate duty assignments.
• Branch OperationsManage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with the Ahmedabad head office for service execution and reporting.
• Maintain service records, attendance, and operational documentation.
• Support billing, reporting, and other branch-related operational activities.
• Field Support (When Required)Visit client locations, hospitals, or referral partners if needed.
• Coordinate staff deployment and service verification.
• Support marketing or operational activities in the field.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to work in a startup environment.
• Local travel readiness within Gandhinagar and nearby areas.
• Preferred QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, operations, recruitment, healthcare, or a similar role.
• Freshers with strong communication and learning ability may also apply.
