About the Role
Aatrey Solutions is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to help expand our solar business in the industrial and commercial sectors. If you enjoy meeting clients, generating leads, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet industrial, commercial, and residential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solar solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Solar experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
