💼 Position: Social Media & PR Executive

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

🎯 Experience: 2–5 Years

👩 Gender: Female

📌 Industry Experience: Sales / Social Media / PR experience preferred

🔹 Job Responsibilities:📱 Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company social media profiles
• Plan and coordinate daily social media content
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience responses
• Coordinate with the content, video, and marketing team
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports

📢 PR & Brand Promotion

• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, creators, and relevant communities
• Identify PR and brand visibility opportunities
• Coordinate collaborations, interviews, events, and promotional activities
• Manage brand communication and maintain a positive brand image
• Support press releases, media outreach, and PR campaigns

💼 Sales & Lead Support

• Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries
• Follow up with potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team
• Support lead generation and conversion activities
• Maintain customer and lead follow-up records
• ✅ Candidate Requirements:2–5 years of experience in Social Media, PR, Sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Hindi and English communication
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Confident in dealing with customers, influencers, media, and business contacts
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Creative, proactive, and target-oriented
• Good coordination and negotiation skills
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
